CANCELLATION POLICIES

Appointment cancellation:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service(s). We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable. When you miss an appointment with us, this affects the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Membership cancellation or freeze:
Cancellation:
You may cancel your monthly membership at anytime. All outstanding membership credits must be used toward Sirus Med Spa services or products. No refunds will be issued. All scheduled appointments are subject to the appointment cancellation policy.
Freeze:
At Sirius Day Spa, we understand that life circumstances may sometimes require our valued members to temporarily suspend their spa membership. We offer a freezing policy to accommodate such situations, allowing members to halt their membership for a specific duration temporarily.
Freezing Duration:
Members are eligible to freeze their membership for a maximum period of 3 consecutive months at a time. After the initial freezing period ends, members may request to freeze their membership again, provided they have been active for at least one month following the previous freeze.
Terms and Conditions:
To request a freeze, members must notify the spa management by emailing [email protected] or by calling 941-357-7230 prior to the desired freeze start date. During the freeze period, members are not entitled to member benefits, including the use of points or discounts. Members must ensure that their account is in good standing, with all outstanding dues settled and card on file updated before initiating the freeze. Membership fees will not be charged during the freeze period. Any scheduled appointments will be at the non-member price while frozen.Reactivating Membership:
Members wishing to reactivate their membership following the freeze period must inform the spa either in writing by emailing [email protected] or calling 941-357-7230 before the intended reactivation date. Upon reactivation, charges will recur, and members will regain access to all benefits and privileges associated with their membership,
Additional Notes:
The freezing policy is designed to accommodate temporary situations and cannot be used as a recurring method to pause membership continuously. The spa reserves the right to amend or terminate the freezing policy at any time, with or without prior notice.
