Dr. Marissa Gilbert
Medical Director/Board Certified Physician
Dr. Marissa Gilbert is a physician board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Neurocritical Care. She is also certified in both dermal filler and neurotoxin injections. Dr. Gilbert received her medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University’s Chicago Medical School and completed her fellowship and residency programs at the University of Miami Jackson Health System.
Dr. Gilbert has been a physician for 9 years, working closely with nurse practitioners in the critical care setting. She has worked with a full spectrum of patients, from chronic to acute illnesses and those seeking aesthetic services.
Nikki

Master Injector Nurse Practitioner / Botox/Dysport Injector / Laser Hair Removal
Nikki Zumpf-Blazer is a highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner specializing in injectables. She began her aesthetics career in 2014 after graduating with a Master’s degree from the University of Florida and 18 years of nursing experience. Nikki is known for her expertise, attention to detail, and personalized approach, delivering natural-looking results that have earned her a stellar reputation. She stays current with the latest advancements to ensure top-quality care. Nikki offers a wide range of treatments, including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, Sculptra, BBL laser, CoolPeel, and Morpheus.
Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, including gym workouts, hiking, cooking healthy meals, and spending time with her family. You can trust in Nikki’s dedication to help you achieve your aesthetic goals safely and effectively.

Paula Abbott is a dedicated Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner with a passion for enhancing beauty and boosting confidence. With a Master’s degree in Nursing Science from Case Western Reserve University and extensive experience across various medical fields, Paula brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
Her nursing career began with a diploma from Good Samaritan School of Nursing in Cincinnati, followed by a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix. She holds Acute Care Certification from the AANC, underscoring her commitment to advanced patient care.
Paula’s diverse background includes critical roles in Labor and Delivery, ICU, CCU, and Vascular Surgery, as well as Internal Medicine, Wound Care, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Her specialized training in Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics has allowed her to refine her skills in facial aesthetics, where she has made a significant impact on her clients’ lives.
Previously, Paula served as a trainer for the Academy of Facial Aesthetics in Cleveland and worked closely with Dr. Janet Blanchard, a renowned plastic surgeon, to develop her expertise in the field. This unique blend of artistry and science drives Paula’s commitment to helping individuals love the reflection they see in the mirror.
With a love of art and beauty, Paula is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans that align with her clients’ aesthetic goals. She believes that everyone deserves to feel confident and radiant, and she is honored to be part of their journey.

Ane believes that beauty and wellness are interconnected. With a passion for empowering clients to look and feel their best, she offers a diverse menu of services, from advanced skincare treatments like the Instant Glow Facial, ,Hydrofacial to transformative procedures like Microneedle, Chemical peels and Morpheus8. She is also a highly sought after permanent makeup, specializing in creating natural looking brows with microblading, microshading and ombre techniques as well as enhancing lips with blush, lip liner and dark lip neutralization .
As a licensed esthetician, cryotherapist, permanent makeup artist, and certified personal trainer, Ane takes a personalized approach to every client, crafting tailored plans to achieve their unique goals. Barb’s career in medical esthetics started over 20 years ago with an A.A.S degree studying medical esthetics. With her extensive knowledge in Cutera IPL, laser hair removal, SkinCeuticals peels, and TCA peel, she continued on and added makeup artistry to her repertoire, providing makeup for models on photoshoots in Minneapolis, as well as advancing in other certifications.

Patty has been in the spa industry for 20 years. A recent transplant from Colorado now living in Lakewood Ranch, Patty shines with her skill set, experience, and magnetic personallity. Paula, master colorist, is from Brazil. She is a master sylist and educator in Balayage and color technique. Paula specializes in blondes, color corrections, Balayage, foils, ombre, double process, root color, Keratin treatments, Brazilian blowouts, and men and women’s haircuts. She is also certified in Oligo/Calura professional, Wella, Keratin Complex, Brazilian blowout, and sugar wax.
Tatiana
Master Stylist
Tatiana was born in Moldova and emigrated to the United States in 1996. She quickly found a passion in the hair industry and graduated in 1991 from the Hair Academy in Moldova. She specializes in haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments. After working in several prestigious New York and New Jersey salons, she honed many additional skills creating various texture and precision haircutting techniques, such as wash-and-go without extensive use of hot tools for more luxurious hair. Additionally, Tatiana specializes in styling hair for special occassions and creating formal up-dos.

As a master colorist with 25 years of experience, Dawn has performed all aspects of hair coloring and design including French and British haircutting. Dawn joined Sirius Med Spa after owning her own salon in Rhode Island. Her incredible attention to detail during consultations show her true passion for hair and allows her to achieve your desired results.

Aubrie graduated at the top of her class as a Master Stylist at Aveda, annd worked with Redken as a Master Stylist for 7 years. Aubrie loves to learn and be creative. The only thing she loves more than doing hair is spending her downtime at Disney.

He was born and raised in Connecticut and was a former actor/singer at the Thomaston Opera House. Brian currently lives in Lakewood Ranch with his husband, John.

Over the years, she has attended various educational classes and events to enhance her skills. In 2017, Jenna worked at New York Fashion Week and had a client’s color transformation featured in Modern Salon magazine. She moved from New York to Florida with her husband and three sons.

Artur has been a licensed massage therapist for over 6 years with a Bachelor’s Degree and post graduate studies in his native country of Poland. With a passion for fitness and nutrition, Artur has also helped many others as a personal trainer. We are thrilled to have him on our team!

Licensed Massage Therapist/Cupping Specialist/CNMT
Yi-Ru is a graduate of Sarasota School of Massage. Before joining the Sirius team she was at IMG Academy for ten years working on student athletes. She is Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, specializing in tennis elbow, trains, chronic pain, and more. Additionally, Yi-Ru is certified in modern cupping therapy, which is an ancient form of alternative medicine using cups on your skin to create suction. This technique helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and is a type of deep-tissue message.
